1. Who runs this website

zanzibarroots.pl and zanzibarroots.com are run by Frank Makoye as an unregistered activity under Polish law, under the name Zanzibar Roots Tours & Safari (“we”). Contact: email xxx, WhatsApp xxx.

These terms cover using the website, sending requests and booking day tours and transfers in Zanzibar.

2. Requests and bookings

The website form and WhatsApp messages are used to send a request. Sending a request is not a contract and does not oblige you to pay.

A booking is confirmed once we confirm the date, hotel pick-up time and price by email or WhatsApp.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars (USD), per person or per car as stated in the tour description. Group prices apply from 4 people; for smaller groups we quote a private tour. Children up to 4 travel free.

Amounts in Polish złoty are approximate. The price in your booking confirmation is binding.

4. Payment

You can pay by bank transfer (account details in your confirmation) or on the day, with your guide. Bank transfer deadline: xxx.

5. Changes, cancellations and weather

Rules for changing the date and cancelling: xxx.

If the weather does not allow a boat trip, we move it to another day. If the new date does not suit you, we refund your payment.

6. Complaints

Please send complaints by email or WhatsApp. We reply within 14 days of receiving them.

7. Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data.
