Spice Tour, Stone Town & Prison Island

The flavours, history and culture of Zanzibar in one day

Duration
About 9 hours
Hotel pick-up
8:00 AM

Three of Zanzibar’s best-known places in one day. We start at a spice farm, where cloves, nutmeg and cardamom grow right on the plants, next to tropical fruits you rarely see in Europe.

Lunch is served at the farm, made with local ingredients. Then your guide takes you through the streets of Stone Town, and the day ends on Prison Island, where we visit the historic prison and see the famous giant tortoises.
